KEC is the first in
Australian CNC Porting.
It is also the first
of its kind in the world
for the well-known CNC
Manufacturer.
Under KEC guidelines
the machine was built
overseas and took 4
months to complete.
As you cannot buy a
turn key package, this
is a black art in CNC
Porting. The Team Kostecki
have cornered the complete
Digitising and CNC Porting
right here in Perth,
Western Australia.
The CNC Machine is a
complete 5 axis simultaneous,
therefore no hand finishing
is required.

Street Racer cylinder
heads use a forged stainless
steel one piece intake/exhaust
valve. We optimise all
the ports and hand balance
take/exhaust using a
SuperFlow flowbench.
We completely redesign
the head that an O.E.
manufacturer cannot
offer. The Street Racer
cylinder heads have
high quality parts such
as springs, retainers,
and collets and are
designed for high RPM.

head series are the
end stages of port maximising
and flow bench work
the O.E. original casting.
All the Bracket Racers
come standard with Chrome
Molly retainers and
1.550 diameter valve
springs. The valves
used in Bracket Racer
heads are heavy duty
forged series with chrome
stems and single collet
groves.
All heads are standard
with K Line guides and
are Sunnon honed to
suit the valve application.All
bracket racer heads
will accept .630 net
valve lift with 135lbs
of seat pressure.

Street Torker cylinder
heads are probably the
hardest combination
to achieve. Using the
SuperFlow 1020 CFM flowbench
and KEC's 901 computerised
engine dyno we believe
our commercial street
torker cylinder head
packages are an outstanding
achievement of hundreds
of hours of research
and development.
Without the inhouse
testing equipment there
is no way of knowing
that you can have a
camshaft and cylinder
head package that is
right fo low down tork
and maintain its midrange
performance with a smooth
idle. All cylinder heads
are compatible with
LPG and unleaded fuels.

All Aqua Sport
heads are an outright
price retaining small
valve configuration.
We are able to increase
the air flow numbers
in the mid lifts of
the camshaft and maintain
high air speeds at low
valve lifts. This enhances
engine talk down low
and throttle response
from idle. KEC recommends
to purchase the matching
camshaft listed in optional
extras to complete your
cylinder head combo.
