IMPROVE PERFORMANCE THROUGH TECHNOLOGY

KEC is the first in Australian CNC Porting. It is also the first of its kind in the world for the CNC Ported Head well-known CNC Manufacturer. Under KEC guidelines the machine was built overseas and took 4 months to complete.

As you cannot buy a turn key package, this is a black art in CNC Porting. The Team Kostecki have cornered the complete Digitising and CNC Porting right here in Perth, Western Australia.
The CNC Machine is a complete 5 axis simultaneous, therefore no hand finishing is required.

CNC Porting and chamber machining is exactly the same with tolerances within .002.
Surface finish can be changed depending on fuel type.
No bumps or irregular surface finishes that interrupts wet flow

Each port is exactly the same cfm - so every cylinder reaches its power potential
Combustion chambers are exact volume - so every cylinder has the same compression ratio.
Repeatability from one head to another.
Tuning of EFI engines made easier
CNC ported heads eliminate human error and variation from port to port that is commonly found in "HAND PORTING"
CNC piston to combustion chambers for superior flame travel and quench from reverse domes to positive domes.
